These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player," "you," or "your") and 9kboss ("the Company," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the 9kboss website, mobile platform, and all associated gaming and betting services available at 9kboss.org.

By creating a 9kboss account, depositing funds, placing a bet, participating in any promotion, or accessing any feature of the platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the 9kboss platform and close your account.

9kboss reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. If a player cannot satisfy the age verification requirement, their account will be suspended pending verification, and any pending withdrawals will be held until the verification is completed. Accounts confirmed to belong to persons under 21 will be permanently closed, all balances forfeited, and the matter may be reported to relevant authorities.

To access the full range of 9kboss services, you are required to register an account. During registration, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your legal full name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and contact number. Providing false or misleading information is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure.

One Account Policy: Each individual player is permitted to hold one 9kboss account only. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts — whether under the same name, email address, payment method, device, IP address, or household — is strictly prohibited. 9kboss actively monitors for duplicate account activity. Where multiple accounts are detected, all accounts involved will be suspended, any bonuses claimed will be voided, and any winnings generated through the use of duplicate accounts may be forfeited.

Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 9kboss login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any other person. 9kboss will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where such access resulted from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify 9kboss support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

• Use a strong, unique password for your 9kboss account.
• Do not log in to your account from shared or public devices without logging out afterwards.
• Enable any two-factor authentication options made available by the platform.
• Contact Live Chat immediately if you notice any unfamiliar activity on your account.

All financial transactions on the 9kboss platform are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following terms govern deposits and withdrawals:

Deposits: 9kboss accepts deposits via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank. Deposits are credited to your 9kboss wallet upon confirmation by the payment provider. Minimum deposit amounts are displayed on the cashier screen at the time of transaction. 9kboss does not charge fees on standard deposits; however, your bank or mobile wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit. This policy exists to prevent money laundering and to ensure funds are returned to their original source. Withdrawal processing times are as follows:

• JazzCash / EasyPaisa: Typically 1–3 hours from approval
• HBL / UBL / Meezan Bank: Typically within 24 hours of approval

Verification Requirements: Before processing a player's first withdrawal, and for withdrawals above stated thresholds, 9kboss is required to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification. This may include submission of a government-issued CNIC, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Withdrawals will not be released until KYC verification is satisfactorily completed.

9kboss offers various promotional bonuses to registered players, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and tournament prizes. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms attached to each individual promotion:

• Bonuses are available to players who are 21 years of age or older and have a fully verified account in good standing.
• Each bonus offer may only be claimed once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements. Wagering requirements specify the number of times the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount) must be wagered before a withdrawal can be requested. Specific wagering requirements are stated in the terms of each individual promotion.
• Bonus funds and real-money funds are held in separate balance pools. Real-money funds may generally be withdrawn at any time, subject to KYC verification. Bonus funds and winnings generated from bonus play remain locked until the applicable wagering requirement is fulfilled.
• 9kboss reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any bonus already credited to a player's account at the time of modification will remain subject to the terms under which it was originally issued.
• Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts or converted to cash outside the conditions specified in the relevant promotion.

All casino games, sports betting markets, and other gaming products available on 9kboss are governed by the rules of the respective game or market, as displayed within the game or betting interface. In the event of any conflict between the in-game rules and these Terms, these Terms shall take precedence.

Sports Betting: All sports bets are subject to the relevant sports betting rules applicable to each market. 9kboss reserves the right to void bets in the following circumstances:

• Where an event is abandoned, postponed, or cancelled before the relevant result is determined, unless specific rules for that event state otherwise.
• Where a bet was accepted at odds that were clearly erroneous due to a technical error or human error (manifestly incorrect odds).
• Where there is evidence of match-fixing, corruption, or manipulation of the event on which the bet was placed.
• Where a player has used information not available to the general public at the time of placing the bet (insider information).

Casino Games: 9kboss casino games use Random Number Generator (RNG) technology certified by independent testing laboratories to ensure fair and random outcomes. The theoretical Return to Player (RTP) for each game is displayed within the game information panel. Past results do not influence future outcomes.

Technical Failures: In the event of a technical failure during a game round, 9kboss will use all reasonable efforts to reconstruct the state of play from server logs. Bets that cannot be determined from server records will be voided and the staked amount returned to the player's account.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 9kboss platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may result in legal action:

• Using automated software, bots, scrapers, or any non-human process to interact with the platform, place bets, or collect data.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in poker, live dealer games, or any multi-player environment.
• Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, or interfere with the 9kboss platform or its underlying software.
• Using the platform to launder money or conduct any other financial crime.
• Creating accounts using false identity information or impersonating another individual.
• Engaging in any form of fraud, including chargeback fraud on deposits that have been used for gambling.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing 9kboss staff or other players via any communication channel.

9kboss is committed to promoting responsible gaming and protecting vulnerable players. The Company provides the following responsible gaming tools to all registered players, accessible from the account settings dashboard or via Live Chat:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits. Reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 72-hour cooling-off period.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 9kboss platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, or distribute any 9kboss content without prior written authorisation.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on any 9kboss content.
• Use any 9kboss trademark, logo, or brand element in any manner that could cause confusion or imply endorsement.
• Use any 9kboss content for commercial purposes without a separate written agreement with the Company.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 9kboss and its directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

9kboss makes no warranty that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance where reasonably practicable.

In no event shall 9kboss's total aggregate liability to any single player exceed the total value of real-money funds held in that player's account at the time the relevant claim arose.

9kboss collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in that policy. Key points include:

Your continued use of 9kboss after any amendment comes into force constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must close your account before the amendment takes effect and withdraw any remaining balance.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction under which 9kboss operates. In the event of a dispute, the following procedure applies:

Pending resolution of any dispute, 9kboss reserves the right to suspend the relevant account and withhold any disputed funds until the matter is resolved.
